Rental Terms

1. Included in the price:
   • All taxes (24% VAT and 0,5% local tax) for online reservations.
   • Unlimited kilometers.
   • For motorbikes and ATV’s , helmets and top case or binding rubbers.
   • Road map, useful information.
   • Simple insurance (for material damages and bodily injuries) of third parties.
   • 24-hour roadside assistance.
2. Vehicle Delivery & Collection
   • Free delivery & collection to/from hotels, port & airport.
3. Extras
   • Child seat free of charge, given that there is reservation and availability.
   • Roof rack for serf or kite equipment, given that there is reservation and availability.
   • GPS, given that there is reservation and availability, with an extra cost of 5€/day.
   • Additional driver, free of charge.
4. Terms & Conditions

• 1. Drivers Qualification Requirements:
     • Minimum age limit is 21 years old for categories S,M and 23 years for all other category vehicles, except for categories D,E,F for which it is 25 years.
     • Driver’s license Greek, European (for EU countries) or International (for countries not belonging to the EU), issued at least before 3 years for vehicle categories: D,E,F and for the rest categories a year ago at least.

• Fuel: The vehicle shall be returned with the fuel level same as upon delivery. Otherwise, the Lessee shall be charged with the cost of missing fuel. There is no refund in the event of return of a vehicle with fuel level higher than its initial one.

• Minimum Lease Term: One (1) day (24hours).

• Absence – Delay in delivery: For every additional hour, the Lessee is charged with 1/5 of the daily charge. Vehicle possession exceeding 3 hours shall be charged an additional day. In the event that the lessee does not appear at all, without informing the company, within 8 hours of the agreed delivery, the company reserves the right to inform the Competent Authorities. In any case, the company will seek its lost profits.

• Extension or Shortening of Lease Term: The Lessee has the right to extend the lease term by notifying the Lessor and receiving his written consent. In the event of return of the vehicle prior to the expiry of the agreed lease term, there is no refund.

• Fines / Penalties: All fines and administrative penalties incurred during the lease term are paid by the Lessee.

• Insurance: In the rental price , basic insurance ( for material damages and bodily injuries ) of third parties is included. In case of accident the Lessee will be charged with the damages of the leased vehicle and the cost of the days that it will take for the vehicle to be repaired. In case of accident or damaging the vehicle, the Lessee must immediately call the relevant police authorities and inform the company in any appropriate manner. Unless the above conditions are met, no right shall be borne by the lessee in respect of insurance for damages caused.

• Coverage of unsecured amounts: The Lessee may limit his liability, with Collision Damage Waiver ( C.D.W ), for his lawful participation in any damage to the vehicle :

Α. For categories Α,Β,C in the amount of 750 €.

Β. For categories D, Ε1, F in the amount of 900 € .

1. For categories Ε2, Ε3, F in the amount of 1200 € .
2. For categories M1,M2 in the amount of 400 € .
3. For categories M3, G2 in the amount of 500 € .
4. For categories G3,G4, GL in the amount of 650 € .

If the Lessee wishes to have Super Collision Damage Waiver (S.C.D.W.), then he can further limit the liability for his lawful participation in any damage to the vehicle:

Α. For categories Α,Β,C in the amount of 300 €.

Β. For categories D, Ε1, F in the amount of 500 € .

1. For categories Ε2, Ε3, F in the amount of 900 € .

C.D.W. and S.C.D.W. does not cover damages during transportation by ship, theft of all or any part of the vehicle or loss of accessories or personal items on or in it, damage caused by negligence, intention, natural disaster, act of terrorism, breach of the rental agreement or by breaches of Road Traffic Code. Damage caused to locks, keys, tires, mirrors, bottom of bodywork or roof as well as to the interior of the vehicle, or loss of vehicle documents or loss of registration plates.

In case of loss or destruction of key during the lease the lessee will have to pay 60€ for all categories except D, E, F which must pay 100€. If the vehicle is returned with stains requiring special cleaning, (e.g. animal hair, sand, etc. in the seats or on the floor, in the trunk etc.), the tenant is charged with the amount of 80€.

Reservation: By filling in the relevant fields of the booking form on the company’s website and completing the process, the user instructs the company to provide car rental services. The above command binds the user in any case.

Booking confirmation: In case of a reservation via the company’s website, the user will receive confirmation of the reservation immediately, no later than 2 working days. The user is obliged to check immediately the correctness of all the information of the confirmation. Late reporting of errors is neither justified nor gives rise to a right of withdrawal.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancelation, up to 20 days before the delivery of the vehicle, the Lessee is charged only with 10 euro cancelation fine, from 19 up to 7 days 50 euro fine & from 6 up to 2 days with 50 % of the reservation deposit. In case of no show the arranged day and time for the delivery of the vehicle, without prior written or phone notice, the reservation will be cancelled after an hour and the full amount of the deposit will be held. Cancellations must be sent via e-mail towards the company.

In the absence of receipt: In case the candidate Lessee does not collect the vehicle on the agreed day and time without prior written notice in accordance with these terms, the company will proceed to cancel the reservation after the lapse of 2 hours, unless the delay in receipt of the car due to reasons of force majeure (flight delay, etc.). The company will also charge the candidate with a sum equivalent to 3 days of car rental of the same category as the reservation.

• Payment Methods: Reservations are being made by deposit to the company bank account or using a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club cards.

• Transportation by ship: Allowed only with prior written approval of the company. In any case, no damage caused to the rental car during transportation is covered, regardless of the fault of the driver.

• Price revaluation: The terms and prices of the pricelist may be modified without warning.

• Accident File Cost: The driver is charged with 25 euros in case of an accident, considering it’s his fault.

• Changes of car type: The Company reserves the right, subject to availability, to provide a different type of car than the original booking with a corresponding or larger category.

• Collection – Delivery:  The charge for each delivery and/or collection beyond the opening hours ( daily, 8:00 – 23:00 ) is 20 euro.

• Charges for C.D.W.

Α. For categories Α,Β,C      10 €.

Β. For categories D, Ε1, F   10 € .

1. For categories Ε2, Ε3, F  15 € .
2. For categories M1,M2       7 € .
3. For categories M3, G2       8 € .
4. For categories G3,G4, GL 10 € .
