WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?<\/strong><\/p>

  • All taxes (24% VAT & 0.5% local tax) for online bookings.<\/li>
  • Unlimited kilometers.<\/li>
  • For motorcycles and ATVs, fuel oil, helmets, luggage and tires.<\/li>
  • Road map, useful information.<\/li>
  • Insurance (for material damage and bodily injury) to third parties.<\/li><\/ul>

    DELIVERY \u2013 PICKUP POSSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>

    Free delivery and pickup at hotels, port and airport.<\/p>

    EXTRA<\/strong><\/p>

    • Child seats free of charge if there is a reservation and availability.<\/li>
    • Free rack for transporting surf or kite equipment if there is a reservation and availability.<\/li>
    • GPS if there is a reservation and availability with a charge of \u20ac5 per day.<\/li>
    • Additional guide free of charge.<\/li><\/ul>

      TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

      Driver qualifications:<\/strong>
      Minimum driver age limit 21 for categories S, M, 23 years for vehicles of the remaining categories except D, E, F where the minimum age limit is 25 years.
      Greek, European (for EU countries) or International (for countries not belonging to the EU) driving license for categories D, E, F must have been issued at least 3 years ago and for the others at least one year ago.<\/p>

      Fuel:<\/strong>
      The vehicle is returned with the fuel that has been delivered. Otherwise, the renter is charged the difference in fuel. No refunds will be given in case of delivery of more fuel.<\/p>

      Minimum Lease:<\/strong>\u00a0One (1) day (24 hours).<\/p>

      Absence \u2013 Delay in delivery:<\/strong>
      For each additional hour of delay without a written extension, 1\/5 of the daily price is paid. In the event that the tenant does not show up at all, without having informed the company, after 8 hours from the agreed delivery, the company reserves the right to inform the competent Authorities. In any case, it will seek any positive and consequential damage suffered.<\/p>

      Extension \u2013 earlier return:
      <\/strong>The tenant can only extend the lease in writing. In case of return before the end of the lease, no money will be refunded.<\/p>

      Fines:<\/strong>
      All fines and administrative penalties during the lease are the responsibility of the tenant.<\/p>

      Insurance:<\/strong>
      The rental prices include simple insurance (for material damage and bodily injury) to third parties. In the event of an accident, the renter is responsible for the damage to the rented vehicle and the cost of the days the vehicle will be needed for repair. In the event of damage to the vehicle or an accident, the renter must immediately call the competent police and inform the company in any appropriate way.<\/p>

      If the above conditions are not met, no right arises in favor of the tenant for insurance coverage of the damages caused.<\/p>

      Coverage of uninsured amounts:<\/strong>
      The tenant can limit his liability by\u00a0Partial Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)<\/strong>, for his legal participation in any damage to the vehicle:<\/p>

      A) For categories \u0391, A1, A1 Auto, \u0392, C & C1 in the amount of \u20ac750.<\/p>

      B) For categories C Auto, D, D1, D2 & \u03951 in the amount of \u20ac900.<\/p>

      C) For category \u03952, \u03953, F1, F2 & EV\u00a0in the amount of \u20ac1200.<\/p>

      D) For categories M1, M2 in the amount of \u20ac400.<\/p>

      E) For categories M3, G2 in the amount of \u20ac500.<\/p>

      F) For categories G3, G4, GL in the amount of \u20ac650.<\/p>

      If the renter wishes to have a\u00a0Maximum Partial Damage Waiver (S.C.D.W.)<\/strong>, then he can further limit his liability for his legal participation in any damage to the vehicle:<\/p>

      A) For categories \u0391, A1, A1 Auto, \u0392, C & C1 in the amount of \u20ac300.<\/p>

      B) For categories C Auto, D, D1, D2 & \u03951 in the amount of \u20ac500.<\/p>

      C) For category \u03952, \u03953, F1, F2 & EV in the amount of \u20ac900.<\/p>

      C.D.W. and S.C.D.W. do not cover damage during transport by ship, theft of all or part of the vehicle or loss of its components or personal belongings on or inside it, damage caused by negligence, intent, natural disaster, terrorist act, breach of the terms of the rental contract or violations thereof (K.O.K.), damage caused to locks, keys, tires, mirrors, the lower part of the body or the roof as well as its interior or loss of vehicle documents or loss of license plates.<\/p>

      In case of loss or destruction of a key during the rental period, the renter will have to pay \u20ac60 for all categories except D, E, F which must pay \u20ac100. In case the vehicle is returned with stains that require special cleaning (e.g. animal hair, sand, etc. on the seats or on the floor, in the trunk, etc.), the renter will be charged the amount of \u20ac80.<\/p>

      Booking:<\/strong>
      By completing the relevant fields of the booking form on the company\u2019s website and completing the process, the user gives the company an order to provide car rental services. The above order binds the user in any case.<\/p>

      Booking confirmation:
      <\/strong>In case of booking through the company\u2019s website, the user will receive confirmation of this immediately, within 2 working days at the latest. The user is obliged to immediately check the correctness of all details of the confirmation. Late reporting of errors is not justified nor does it give rise to a right of withdrawal.<\/p>

      Cancellation policy:<\/strong>
      In case of cancellation of a reservation, up to 20 days before the delivery of the vehicle, the renter is only charged a cancellation fee of 10 euros, from 19 to 7 days before the delivery of the vehicle, the renter is charged a cancellation fee of 50 euros and from 6 to 2 days with 50% of his deposit. In case of no-show on the agreed day and time for the collection of the vehicle without prior written notice, the reservation is canceled after 1 hour and the entire deposit is retained. Cancellations must be sent in writing via email.<\/p>

      Absent at pick up:<\/strong>
      In the event that the prospective renter does not pick up the car on the agreed day and time, without prior written notice in accordance with these terms, the company will cancel the reservation after 2 hours, unless the delay in picking up the car is due to force majeure (flight delay, etc.). The company will also charge the prospective renter a fee equivalent to 3 days of renting a car of the same category as the reservation.<\/p>

      Payment methods:<\/strong>
      Reservations are made by deposit into a bank account or using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club cards.<\/p>

      Transport by boat:<\/strong>
      It is only permitted with prior written approval from the company. In any case, any damage caused to the rental car during its transport is not covered, regardless of the driver\u2019s fault.<\/p>

      Price adjustments:<\/strong>
      The terms and prices of the price list are subject to change without notice.<\/p>

      Accident file expenses:<\/strong>
      The driver is charged 25 euros in the event of an accident due to his\/her fault.<\/p>

      Car type changes:<\/strong>
      The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different type of car than the one originally booked with one of a similar or higher category.<\/p>

      Pickup \u2013 Delivery:<\/strong>
      The charge for each delivery and\/or pickup outside of operating hours (daily, 8:00 \u2013 23:00) is 20 euros.<\/p>
